Is an appointment required?

Appointments are only required for bridal alterations to ensure you get the time and attention needed for your gown fitting. For all other services, walk-ins are welcome during regular business hours!

What should I bring to my appointment?

Please make sure you have the shoes and all undergarments you plan on wearing the day of your wedding/event. This can dramatically change how your clothes fit!

Do you offer any guarantee on the work you do on wedding dresses?

Yes! If there’s anything you’re not satisfied with, we’ll make the adjustments free of charge until you’re happy. And for your peace of mind, if anything should happen to your dress while it’s in our care, we’ll reimburse you up to the full amount you paid for the gown.

What do you charge for alterations?

Our pricing is based on the type of garment and the level of work involved. Once we see your item(s) in person, we’ll provide you with a clear and fair quote before any work begins—so you know exactly what to expect.
Because every piece is unique, we don’t offer quotes over the phone, but in-person consultations are always free and come with no obligation.

How long do alterations take?

For most general alterations, turnaround time is 1 to 2 weeks.
Bridal alterations typically require 6 to 8 weeks, with multiple fittings recommended to ensure the perfect fit.

Yes, we offer alterations for children’s clothing of all types, including formalwear, school uniforms, and everyday outfits—ensuring a comfortable and proper fit as they grow.

Can you alter items purchased online or from other bridal shops?

Yes, we’re happy to alter garments regardless of where they were purchased, including dresses and outfits ordered online or from other bridal boutiques.

We alter all kinds of items, including bridal gowns, suits, formalwear, everyday clothing, children’s wear, uniforms, costumes, curtains, pillows, and other unique or custom pieces.

Do you handle delicate or beaded fabrics?

Yes, we specialize in working with delicate, beaded, lace, and specialty fabrics, ensuring every detail is handled with precision and care.

What is your payment policy?

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as cash. (Sorry, we do not accept checks.) All quoted prices include a 3.75% cash discount, which will be adjusted if paying by card.

What if I lose weight or gain weight after my first fitting?

We are not responsible for body changes after your initial fitting. If you anticipate significant weight changes, please let us know during your appointment so we can plan accordingly or schedule a follow-up fitting closer to your event date.

Can I bring someone with me to my fitting?

Yes, you’re welcome to bring a friend or family member with you to your fitting—especially for bridal or special occasion appointments.
